{"id":1578,"date":"2018-09-28T16:58:37","date_gmt":"2018-09-28T08:58:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jing.jingdigital.net\/?p=1578"},"modified":"2018-09-28T16:58:37","modified_gmt":"2018-09-28T08:58:37","slug":"automation-causes-the-image-retention-rate-to-triple-the-industry-average","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jingdigital.com\/en\/articles\/1578\/","title":{"rendered":"Automation \u2013 Triple Image Retention Rate than Industry Average"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1666 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jingdigital.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/compass-blog.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"866\" height=\"540\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Although brands\u2019 official WeChat accounts have accumulated a certain follower base, the number of views of different posts are hard to estimate&#8212;-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What do the fans of the brand want to see most?<\/li>\n<li>When is the time to release the messages and when are the fans happy to receive them?<\/li>\n<li>How do you design a text and an image on the cover to attract the audience to open a post.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Most of the brands\u2019 WeChat operators may have the problems above.\u00a0 Today, we would like to share with you a brand case: How to use Jingdigital to make every post <strong>be sent to a right person in a right time. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Background:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The leading companies in the fast-moving consumer goods industry with 1.7 billion people per day on a global scale have been selected as the top 3 of the world\u2019s 100 most valuable brands.\u00a0 This company accounts for a series of products in China, although its main product is beverages, which reaches about 150 million cups per day.\u00a0 This system employs about 45,000 people, 99% of whom are local employees.\u00a0 In China, we have long spared no effort to support education and public welfare to promote environmental protection and help local communities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>JINGsocial A\/B Test<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Challenges:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\u3001Brands know nothing about the identity of brand\u2019s followers (interests, products, etc.);<\/p>\n<p>2\u3001Seeking ways to build closer interaction with followers.<\/p>\n<p>3\u3001For the first challenge, JINGdigital support the brand\u2019s official WeChat account<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To regularly initiate research to the fan community to match the different development stages of the brand.<\/p>\n<p>Which kind of research method can I use to get the fans\u2019 response and not cause them to resent?\u00a0 Here we start to dig deeper and the A\/B Test feature debuts.\u00a0 We pass the two-dimensional group survey to hand in the answer to the brand\u2019s second pain point.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dimension one:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Use different research methods to test which way the response rate is higher.<\/p>\n<p>Method 1: Use the template message to send the link.\u00a0 After the fan clicks, he\/she is redirected to the H5 page to fill out the questionnaire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Method 2: The system uses the keyword to trigger the research question, and the fans complete the questionnaire directly through the WeChat account dialogue box.<\/p>\n<p>The results showed that 5.1% of respondents responded by method one\uff1b6% responded by method 2.\u00a0 Compared with the average industry graphic reading rate of 296, the above two methods have achieved good response.\u00a0 The comparison results let the brand know how to use the methods in the future.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dimension two:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The second survey method for the first dimension uses keywords to trigger research questions.\u00a0 It was divided into three groups and investigated in three different forms:<\/p>\n<p>Group 1- send the first research question directly<\/p>\n<p>Group 2- After requesting the fans, start to enter the question and answer<\/p>\n<p>Group 3- send the link through the dialog box<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The results show:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The response rate of group 3 is 20%<\/p>\n<p>The response rate of group 2 is 30%<\/p>\n<p>The response rate of group 1 is 31%<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>90% of the fans who participated in the Q&amp;A completed the first 9 questions (the 9<sup>th<\/sup> question collected the mobile phone number and information of the fans)\u3002 81% of the fans completed all the questionnaires (the 10<sup>th<\/sup> question asked the fans to upload personal photos).\u00a0 The sending time, title, cover image, and abstract of each graphic may determine whether the fans are willing to click between the transitions. It also relates to the reading rate of a graphic. The brand can also use A\/B test function to test the fans&#8217; reading of the same graphic in different time periods and different cover designs, so that the future editing and publishing time of the graphic is clear.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
